As a conceptual Art Director in our UK Content Creative team, you'll be driving that story through all the touchpoints in the journey. Visual identity. Social.Motion. Audio. Filming. Websites. Experiential. You’ll bring employer brands to life in a software-led environment which creates an ever-evolving creative approach, harnessing unrivalled industry data.

- Experience in art direction and Adobe Creative Cloud – primarily Photoshop / After Effects / Illustrator / InDesign. Knowledge of Sketch and podcasting software such as Descript are helpful but not necessary.
- A strong understanding of the social landscape is crucial, and possessingproficiency in in-app content creation within platforms such as TikTok and CapCut would enhance our capabilities even further.
- Strong, varied portfolio of work that shows integrated conceptual ability across industries, including work examples across multiple channels including brand, digital expression, social media, film, campaigns – with proven understanding of the digital space.
- Presentation design
- Brand development experience
- Self-motivated team player with good organizational skills, the ability to share ideas, and give and receive constructive feedback
- The ability to adapt to learn new ways of working
- Understanding of, or desire to learn about, the recruitment marketplace and EVP
